Branded, location aware augmented reality games where sports fans use their cell phones to catch animated projectiles, like T-shirts or basketballs shooting from virtual cannons displayed on centralized stadium screens.

My Role

  • Recreated an earlier version of this game to take advantage of new features in our updated development environment
  • Designed and built out the 3D game play mechanics
  • Built an engaging yet minimal UI that is more responsive and keeps the focus on the game play
  • Structured this project to be cloned and branded for different clients including, Sacramento Kings, Coca Cola, Stanford, University of Arkansas
  • Performed extensive QA testing, including on-site tests at client venues
  • Provided ongoing support for the life time of the various deployments.
